Just before an incredible wind storm over this past weekend, my son ventured out into the backyard and took photos of some plant life. Above is our one and only crocus. It didn’t bother to open up.
Tulips are emerging from the ground. Weeds are rearing their ugly heads too. Conditions are always right for weeds!
A lone nest from last year rests in a tree top.
These leaves still think it’s early autumn.
Who needs grass when you can have moss?
Back to our friendly crocus.
